I need the guts of the switch that turns the fan from summer to winter https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/6efb66d6fe4e6cb396507786b4c0b0b482e69b80d5434da6f680d674a80ebdf6.jpg . I had to tighten blades, when I took it apart to tighten, the switch inside (that makes the fan rotate in different directions) just fell apart.

I recently replace the above with the universal kit and it worked beautifully! I also switched to LED light bulbs to reduce the heat from conventional bulbs which will save the wiring over time. Great fan, by the way, many compliments over the years.
